Do you maybe know, if it's possible to go by car from Mrkopalj via road no. 32 in the south-east direction by Samarske and Bijele Stijene?
I mean - if it's allowed and if there are no obstacles like some big tree crossing the road.

And a general question - is it allowed to go by car any road (macadam), without road-sign prohibiting it? I'm asking, because in Poland you just can't go in the forest by macadam road, even if there's no prohibiting sign.

        Pozdrav,
        Wojtek

Hello Wojtek, you can go by car on macadam road in general. On some macadam roads there is ramp so you can't go further. Some macadam are poor and some are ok for a car to go.
I don't know which is road no. 32, but you can approach quite nicely to Bijele and Samarske Stijene by car. The quite nice starting point is mounting hut Jančarica. I went from there, we overslept there.

I can't find a map which shows road no.32, but the macadam which connnects Tuk and Jasenak is normally taken as a starting point for trips to Bijele and Samarske stijene. There are trailheads along this road, as well as a few places where you can leave your car. I haven't been there lately, but I did drive that road a few times in the last 10 years, and the road was always passable, though it required a bit more caution in places. I hope somebody with a more recent experience shows up here.
The answer to your second question is yes, it is allowed to drive on any macadam road, unless specifically prohibited. Actually, the macadams which are off limits are usually physically blocked by a gate.

Thank you for all the informations. Now I will try to make use of them.
As for the road south-east from Tuk Mrkopaljski, three years ago I came across a thick tree lying on it and going on was impossible. A few years earlier it was OK, and at Kula peak I met
              Brocken spectre.

              Pozdrav,
              Wojtek

Thank you once more for all the propositions and links. I tried to make as much as possible of them.
As I mentioned before, the original trip three years ago was unsuccessful and I had to go back home much earlier as I planned. Only this year I could come and try to make more after a long break.

Here is what I made three years ago:
                1 day: Risnjak
2 day: Bunovac - ridge near Vaganski vrh, Krupa and Zrmanja region
3 day: more river attractions, Pag with Sveti Vid

                This year:
1 day: Bijele stijene, Samarske stijene
                2 day: Kozjak
                3 day: Biokovo (Sveti Ilija)
                4 day: Mosor (Veliki Kabal)
                5 day: Omiska Dinara (Kula)
                6 day: Kamesnica (Konj)
                7 day: Svilaja

If someone wants to have a look, I put a few photos from the first part at the address: http://www.cro.pl/post1775445.html#p1775445 .
Now I will add a few photos from the second part at the and of the thread mentioned above.

                Pozdrav
                Wojtek

                      Zdravo!

Putting everything together, a few photos of each trip I made four years ago, you can find starting from this address: http://www.cro.pl/post1775445.html#p1775445 and the rest you can find at subsequent pages.

A few photos of each trip I made last year, you can find starting from this address: http://www.cro.pl/post1786182.html#p1786182 and the full trip of the first day (Risnjak) starts from this address: http://www.cro.pl/post1821226.html#p1821226 and goes on the subsequent pages.
Here is one photo of the top:

The full trip of the Dinara (Sinjal) day starts from this address: http://www.cro.pl/post1704441.html#p1704441 and here are two photos of this day:

                      Cheers!
(I don't know, why these photos are here so small, they are about 1200 x 900 px. On the fourth photo, that can't be seen is a picture of a beer bottle painted on a rock.)
